About the Role

Eden Brown Built Environment is looking to speak with experienced Site Managers for freelance opportunities with established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractors across London.

We are particularly interested in Site Managers with experience delivering CAT A, CAT B, office fit out and refurbishment projects, from strip-out through to final handover.

Projects will vary in size, complexity and duration, creating opportunities for both short and long-term freelance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of fit out and refurbishment projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour
Manage programme, quality and Health & Safety
Chair site meetings and toolbox talks
Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and clients
Oversee finishes, snagging and handover
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard

Requirements

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid at Work
Proven Site Manager experience
Strong subcontractor and trade management
Good understanding of fast-paced fit out programmes
Strong finishing and quality-control experience
Confident managing projects independently
