Site Manager – Main Contractor
My client are a well-established medium sized main contractor based in Surrey.
They specialise in the delivery of high standard residential, commercial, education and community and projects predominantly in London and the Home Counties.
They undertake new build, refurbishment, and complex restoration of listed buildings, with contract values ranging up to £10m.
They are a well-respected business with very little staff turnover, and the vast majority of their work comes from repeat business or recommendation, which is a testament to how well they operate as a company, and the quality of service they provide.
Due to further new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their team.
My client are looking for a Site Manager with a proven track record in a range of projects including residential, commercial, heritage, and community projects to £10m, and essentially a stable career history.
The ideal candidate will ideally be based in South London or the Southern Home Counties.
This is a permanent opportunity to attain a position working on projects high quality within a company that has a family feel and a genuinely team focused environment.
