A hugely successful NHBC award winning national volume housebuilder have an opportunity in Edinburgh for a site manager to take full ownership of a brand new housing development.
They have an excellent reputation in the UK housebuilding market and can offer you support and a rewarding career along with a generous package and an opportunity to win awards.
Thes role requires a Site Manager with
* Volume housebuild site management experience
* Previous or current experience of working within NHBC standards
* Proven long term knowledge within new build housing
* Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site
* A track record of working to budget and within timescales
Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are essential
