Site Manager for High-End Residential Refurbishment Projects
Start ASAP - 6 months Contract
Are you a seasoned site manager with a passion for managing high-end residential refurbishment projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to oversee two residential barn refurbishments as a standalone site manager.
Key Requirements:
SMSTS qualified site manager with a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects
Experience in structural alterations, including roof works, and a keen eye for detail for high-end internal fit-outs
Background in trade carpentry preferred
IT literate with proficiency in document control systems
CSCS card, 1st Aid certificates, and scaffolding awareness required
Strong client-facing skills as this is a live environment project
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the two residential barn refurbishment projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to meet project objectives
Maintain documentation and communicate project progress effectively
Provide excellent client-facing interactions and deliver on client expectations
