The Opportunity
I’m working with a renowned regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager take ownership of highways, public realm and infrastructure projects across Greater Manchester
The role will involve:
Full responsibility for health, safety and environmental compliance
Managing programme and productivity on site
Leading Engineers, Foremen and subcontractors
Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
Ensuring works are delivered to time, quality and budget
Reporting progress to the Project Manager
My client is looking for:
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a strong background in public realm, highways or infrastructure projects
SMSTS and CSCS
Confident leadership and communication skills
