Site Manager – Maintenance
West Cornwall | Permanent | Full-Time
£40,000-£45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering retrofit, refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across the social housing sector. standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the safe and efficient delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency works across occupied social housing properties
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure works comply with standards and current Building Regulations
* Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, health & safety
* Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Resident Liaison Officers and project teams to deliver a positive customer experience
* Attend client and internal progress meetings
* Ensure resident concerns and complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, refurbishment or property maintenance
* Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects (highly desirable)
* Good understanding of PAS2030, PAS2035 and Building Regulations
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM requirements
* Strong IT skills and experience maintaining project records
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS Card (preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence
