Senior Site Manager – High-End Residential
Location: West London
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a prestigious high-end residential project in West London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, with proven experience delivering high-value refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and bespoke new-build properties across prime London locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams across all construction phases.
Supervise structural works, extensions, basement construction, MEP installations and high-specification internal fit-outs.
Maintain strict quality control, ensuring exceptional finishes, effective snagging and defect-free handovers.
Manage site programmes, progress reporting, procurement, resource allocation and commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, RAMS and all relevant building regulations.
Liaise closely with clients, architects, structural engineers, consultants and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.
Maintain accurate site records, conduct regular inspections and proactively identify potential delays or cost implications. Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager within high-end residential construction.
Proven track record delivering luxury refurbishments and new-build residential projects in prime London locations.
Strong technical knowledge of structural alterations, basement works, extensions, building services and bespoke finishes.
Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A thorough understanding of programme management, quality assurance, health and safety, and cost control.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS. The Opportunity
