Site Manager - New Build Residential

£65,000 - £70,000 + Package
I'm currently working with a privately owned, reputable residential developer who is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a new build development in Essex.
The scheme will consist of 36 traditional build units, with the site due to start towards the end of the year. The business is looking to start interviewing at the end of July, with a view to offering the successful candidate by the end of August.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is looking to join a quality-focused developer with a strong reputation, a well-structured team and a solid pipeline of future work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the site from the early stages, managing build programme, subcontractors, health & safety, quality and delivery through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have:
Senior Site Manager experience within new build residential
Strong traditional build housing experience
A proven track record of delivering quality homes to programme
Excellent health & safety standards
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Strong leadership and communication skills
This role would suit someone who enjoys running a site properly, maintaining high standards and being part of a business where quality genuinely matters.
