Site Manager – Fit Out
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 3 Months
Start: Immediate
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key fit-out contractor on a project in Glasgow.
The project involves the conversion of an existing commercial unit into a new veterinary surgery, managing the fit-out through to completion.
The Role:
* Day-to-day management of the site and subcontractors
* Managing the fit-out programme and ensuring works remain on schedule
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
* Liaising with the client and project team
* Managing snagging and project handover
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Proven Site Management experience
* Fit-out/refurbishment experience preferred
* Ability to manage projects through to completion
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 3 months
