Site Manager - Suffolk

I am working with a contractor based in the East Midlands that specialise within commercial refurbishment and newbuild projects.

This project is the finishing of MOD and local authority newbuilds and refurbishments.

Works include; installation of electrical lighting, new doors and completion of an already built extension.

This is a client facing role on a live environment, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a site manager to lead the site team, to manage the end-client and subcontractors, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

You will have experience working on the SCAPE framework or working in MOD environments.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified.

DBS or preferred.
