Description:

Site Manager - Northamptonshire
Privately Owned Residential Developer
We're working with a well-established, privately owned residential developer looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a live development in Northamptonshire.
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who wants to move away from the larger corporate housebuilders and join a smaller, more personable business, where there is a closer-knit team and a more hands-on approach.
The development comprises 66 units, with around 40 currently in build and the first 2 plots approaching CML.
The site is already performing well, with strong NHBC and Health & Safety scores, and the successful Site Manager will be responsible for maintaining those standards while driving the programme forward.
Key responsibilities will include:

Day-to-day management of the development

Driving build programme and plot completions

Managing subcontractors and trades

Maintaining high standards of quality

Health & Safety management

Working closely with the wider construction and commercial teams

Taking plots through CML and handover
What we're looking for:

Previous Site Management experience within new-build housing

Strong traditional build experience

Good knowledge of NHBC standards

Strong Health & Safety awareness

Someone confident taking ownership of a live residential development
An immediate start can be accommodated for the right person.
