CLADDING SITE MANAGER — NORWICH
Fairmead are currently recruiting a Cladding Site Manager on a short-term temporary basis on behalf of our client, a specialist cladding contractor working under a leading main contractor in Norwich.
Overview of role
* Location: Norwich, NR4 7GJ
* Duration: 4 weeks — 5th to 30th October
* Hours: 7.30am to 4pm
* Free parking on site
* Managing a team of 8 cladders on external wall cladding
Requirements
* Proven cladding experience and a background managing cladding teams
* Comfortable running the works day to day and overseeing the gang
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS card (any card accepted)
* IPAF advantageous but not essential
* Well presented and clearly identifiable as the team leader
* Good communication with the main contractor and the supply chain
* Lead on Health & Safety on the cladding package
