Site Manager - School Refurbishment Project (Halesowen)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school project in Halesowen.

Project Scope:

New fire alarm installation
DT LEV system installation
Pedestrian access / external works
Associated M&E works
General refurbishment works within a live school environment

Requirements (Essential):

Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Proven experience working on live school / education projects
Strong understanding of safeguarding, H&S, and working around occupied buildings
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinated works

Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management on a live school site
Coordinating trades and ensuring safe sequencing of works
Managing health & safety compliance at all times
Overseeing programme delivery and quality control
Liaising with client, school staff, and subcontractors
