Site Manager - Retail Refurbishment
Location: Great Yarmouth
Start Date: 8th June
End Date: 10th August
Duration: 10 weeks
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail refurbishment to oversee the full conversion of an existing retail store into a new outdoor retail store.
What you'll be doing:
Managing day‑to‑day site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works run to programme
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Liaising with project managers and stakeholders
Ensuring quality delivery within tight retail timelines
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in retail fit‑out or refurb projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage fast‑paced programmes
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
