Description:
We are currently seeking a Site Agent for a number of new projects starting across the Inverness area.
These vary between Scottish water projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Implementing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
Monitoring progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
Managing resources efficiently to optimise project performance.
What we need:
Proven experience in a Site Agent role, preferably in Scottish Water projects
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A commitment to safety and quality.
An understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
A degree or relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management
