3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on a prestigious private healthcare project in Central London.
Our client is an award-winning international construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the healthcare, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of London's most prestigious private hospital developments, delivering an exceptionally high standard of finish in a live construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and client representatives throughout the project.
Monitor programme progress and proactively resolve site issues.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks and health & safety audits.
Maintain strong communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects.
Previous healthcare project experience is essential.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Able to deliver high-quality finishes within demanding project environments.
