Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential refurbishment and conversion project.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering residential schemes, ideally including refurbishment or conversion projects, and managing multiple work packages through to completion.
Key Experience Required
Residential refurbishment and conversion projects
Roofing and cladding packages
Lift installations/upgrades
M&E coordination
Internal flat fit-out
Management of subcontractors and site teams
Health & Safety compliance and programme management
Requirements
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Strong residential construction background
Ability to manage multiple trades and packages simultaneously
Desirable
Hotel-to-residential conversion experience
Balcony remediation/replacement experience
