Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Site Manager to join a New Build Residential Developer who have an outstanding reputation not only for the quality of the homes they build but also as an employer.
You will work on a flagship development in Pagham which is all traditional build housing units, and as such you must have experience on similar schemes as well as excellent knowledge of volume residential builds. You must also hold a CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and have excellent knowledge of building regulations and health & safety.
This position is offered as a permanent position and we are looking for people who have a solid career history displaying longevity and loyalty in each of their roles.
The ideal person will have extensive experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of delivering schemes to an excellent standard.
