We are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Cardiff.

Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of site
*
Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
*
Providing progress reports to head office
*
Liaising with the end client
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
SMSTS
*
First Aid
*
Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
