Rate of Pay: £260.00 - £300.00 per day

ARC are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a commercial refurbishment and extension project in Chemlsford.

For this position, you must have the following:

• SMSTS Certificate
• Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Previous commercial construction experience as a Site Manager
• Strong health and safety knowledge and site management skills

This temporary work for a Site Manager is for a 4-month duration, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

The type of work for a Site Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day management of a commercial office refurbishment and extension project, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build.

You must have previous proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including refurbishment and extension works.

This position is due to start on Thursday 2nd July. Interviews/meetings with the client are available immediately, so early applications are encouraged.
