Description:
Delta Personnel is looking for a Site Manager for a clean water reservoir tower refurbishment project.
The works involve roof membrane replacement, birdcage scaffolding and crane lifts.
Duties
* Manage site establishment and daily site activities
* Oversee roof membrane removal and replacement
* Coordinate scaffolding installation, alterations and dismantling
* Coordinate crane lifts, deliveries and material movements
* Supervise operatives and subcontractors, working to programme
* Manage site safety, RAMS, permits, inspections and paperwork
* Liaise with the client and project team
* Maintain clean water hygiene standards throughout the works
Requirements
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Temporary Works qualification would be a bonus
* EUSR Water Hygiene and Thames Water pass. Client can help facilitate if required
