Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a new-build retail unit project, running through to February 2027.
The project involves a steel frame structure, with associated cladding works and general construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor programme, quality, and site progress.
Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed on schedule.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or retail construction projects.
Experience with steel frame structures and cladding works.
Strong organisational, communication, and health and safety skills.
Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid).Duration: Immediate start through to February 2027.
