Contract Site Manager - Interior Fit-Out
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable interior fit-out company for a Contract Site Manager position based in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead interior refurbishment projects within a dynamic and professional environment. Our client prides itself on delivering high-quality projects and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the interior fit-out sector.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience managing projects in Central London or similar urban environments.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain accurate documentation related to site progress, control of site logs, and reporting to the main office
