Freelance Site Manager – Live Environment Projects (London)

I’m currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a series of small works projects (c.£100k–£200k value) across key education sites including:

* King’s College London

* University of Greenwich

* Waterloo campus locations

These are live environments, so experience working within occupied buildings is essential.

Key Details:

* Freelance initially with the option to go permanent if desisred.

* Immediate start required

* Projects consist of ongoing small works packages (benchmark £100k range)

* You’ll be the main Site Manager on site full-time

* Supported by a Project Manager (split between site and office)

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing small works / refurbishment projects

* Strong background working in live environments (education / commercial ideally)

* Ability to run sites independently

* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black/Gold preferred)
