School Site Manager Position Available in Birmingham!
Are you a dedicated and Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity at a primary school based in Hodge Hill, Birmingham? Twenty4Seven Education are currently recruiting a temporary Site Manager to start as soon as possible with the potential for a permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real difference to the school and it’s community. Applicants must have strong maintenance experience ideally within a school setting and be readily available for work or approaching the end of a contract.
Position: Site Manager
Location: Hodge Hill, Birmingham
Hours: Full-time, Split Shift (7am - 11 am & 3 pm - 6 pm, Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of building services within the primary school.
* Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities. Implement and supervise a preventive maintenance program.
* Handle day-to-day facility issues and collaborate with school staff to address their needs.
* Maintain a safe and compliant environment for students and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within an educational setting.
* Background in site management and strong knowledge of building services.
* Flexibility to work a split shift and availability to start immediately.
* A valid DBS on the update service or a willingness to process a new one.
