Rate: £300 per day

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors.
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site activities for the fit-out project
* Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure productivity and quality
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Monitor project programme and report progress to senior management
* Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
* Ensure works are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects (commercial/office/retail preferred)
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
