We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction roofing project in Wrexham on behalf of a leading main contractor.

This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. But to give the lads a help it would be advantageous to have a telehander ticket for the materials to get up to the roof easily and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Maintain excellent health & safety and quality standards.
Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.
Complete daily site reports and progress updates.
Monitor programme and resolve any on-site issues.Essential Requirements:

SMSTS.
Black CSCS Card (Manager).
First Aid at Work.
AsbestosDesirable:

Telehandler licence.
