Description:
Construction Site Logistics person required to start in Raynes Park.
You will be taking control of the various day to day logistics & administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in using Word, Excel & Teams, they will also have an excellent eye for detail and great communication skills.
Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience working within a construction site office environment and hold a valid CSCS card.
Job Description
Main duties include accountability for the following:
* Management of site documentation
* Managing induction and payment paperwork for operatives on site
* Liaising with Head Office re new-starters and site issues
* Managing clocking queries on site
* Organising and sending paperwork to Head Office
Skills/Experience
* Must be computer literate and have a good understanding of email
* Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties
* Must know how to scan/send documents as PDF via email
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Keen eye for detail
Qualifications Required
