We are currently recruiting for a Site Labourer / Welfare Cleaner to join a major construction project in Redcar.
Long-term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

Candidates must have:
* CSCS Green Labourer Card
* Previous experience in site labouring
* Previous experience carrying out welfare cleaning duties on construction sites
* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
* Good time management and organisational skills
About the Role:
This role combines general site labouring duties with welfare cleaning responsibilities, ensuring the construction site remains safe, clean and operational.
Duties will include:
* General site labouring and assisting trades as required
* Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities including toilets, canteens, drying rooms and communal areas
* Restocking consumables within welfare facilities
* Keeping walkways and work areas clean and free from hazards
* Assisting with deliveries and moving materials around site
* Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
* Supporting the site team to maintain a clean, safe and productive working environment
