Job title: Operations Manager - Installations
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4.30pm and Friday finish at 4.00pm 1 hour unpaid lunch
Purpose of the job role:
Primarily office based, this person will be responsible for the smooth running of the Installations Department from managing and organising the programme to collecting the debt.

Responsible for: Site Installations Managers, Installations Administration

Key responsibilities
* Managing the installations board including communicating with customers on proposed dates
* Managing the diaries and reporting from the site installations managers
* Dealing with customers on the telephone/by email before and after installation
* Ensuring that all Health and Safety training is completed for site staff and appropriate records kept
* Recruitment and welfare of installers
* Liaising with fitters over forthcoming work/ arranging accommodation etc / other tasks which help with the efficient completion of the project
* Liaising with finance and HR on all aspects of installers pay and conditions
* Weekly timesheet reporting
* Keep up to date with all relevant regulatory requirements and ensure all installer qualifications and certifications are up to date
* Ensuring post installation paperwork is completed by fitters, including understanding the issues surrounding incomplete works on site
* Arranging any remedial works and completion of paperwork for the remedial works
* Produce approved additional works orders and credit notes for customers as required.
* Collection of outstanding monies from clients where works have just been completed
* Maintain and update debtor report daily with accurate detailed information
* General administration required for day-to-day role including filing
* Telephone answering as required
