Are you a Site Installation Supervisor looking for a hands-on role where you can lead installation teams, oversee projects from site, and receive specialist acoustic training while working across a variety of UK-based projects?
Established in the 1980s, this specialist engineering company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke acoustic and noise-control solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The company works with a range of clients across the UK and internationally, delivering projects for major organisations and contractors across a variety of sectors.
In this role, you will supervise and work alongside installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will interpret technical drawings and RAMS, run daily site briefings and toolbox talks, coordinate site activities, and liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers. The role is site-based, with the successful candidate working away from home Monday-Friday.
This role would suit a Site Installation Supervisor or similar looking to join an established manufacterer offering progression, varied projects, and the opportunity to lead installation teams across the UK.
The Role:
Supervise and work hands-on alongside site installation teams
Interpret engineering drawings, installation plans, and RAMS
Run toolbox talks, site briefings, and ensure health & safety compliance
Coordinate site activities, materials, equipment, and project timelines
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues
Monday-Friday working away from home across UK sitesThe Person:
Previous experience supervising installation or construction projects
CSCS / SSSTS
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand RAMS
Full UK driving licence and flexible approach to working awayReference: BBBH27360
