Site Foreman Required
Are you a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor looking for the next step in your career working for a company who are well know internationality and have the opportunity to work with some of the largest names in sports across Europe.
Here at Hiregiant, we are working with a company renowned as a world leading manufacturer of artificial grass for football pitches including Derby County, Manchester United, Rugby pitches & Hockey pitches. Our client looks after all aspects of the projects from design, construction and installation to ongoing maintenance.
The Role:
The Site Foreman will be need to be competent and experienced with all aspects of implementing and managing all aspects of site health and safety and executing this out to each project. They must be confident engaging with clients with updates or requirements needed. You must be able to travel on a Nationwide basis when needed due to projects being across the UK & Europe sometimes for a week at a time. You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of projects and providing clear direction to those working on site regarding their responsibilities and targets.
Requirements for this role:
* Must have previous experience in a similar role
* Must be okay with Nationwide travel and staying away Monday to Friday
* Relevant qualifications like SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Overseeing all on-site operations, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
* Strong person management and delegation skills.
* Effective communication and listening skills.
* Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hours & Pay:
The work is Monday to Friday starting between 07:00am - 10:00am depending on project and commute. Shifts are between 6-12 hours.
Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 a year
Van included, Hotel and Meal allowances
