Site Foreman
Site Foreman required for internal refurbishment in the Chelsea area.
This project includes a complete internal rip out / soft strip out of the building.
Looking for a Site Foreman who has previously supervised the soft strip of projects up to £1mil and understands what is required to ensure the project is completed on time fulfilling the contract. It’s possible once the soft strip is complete (but not confirmed) the next phase will be to work on the refit / refurb of the building.
The successful Site Foreman will need up to date certification such as SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness.
