Site Foreman - Retail Fit Out
Location: Carlisle
Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £220 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a specialist retail fit-out contractor on a fast-track refurbishment project for Burger King in Carlisle.
The project is already underway, with approximately 4 weeks remaining. The build has reached the end of the first fix stage and is now progressing through the internal fit-out phase.
Duties:
Oversee day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
Maintain high standards of health and safety.
Liaise with the site team and project management.
Ensure quality workmanship throughout the internal fit-out.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.
SMSTS certificate (essential).
First Aid qualification (essential).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Available to start immediately.
