Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the Thames Valley area that specializes in delivery of high end residential builds across the area. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to run a £800k high end refurbishment of a private property in Henley on Thames overseeing the site from a management point of view but also be willing to jump on the tools when needed

Key Responsibilities:

Experience of running high end residential refurbishment sites

*

Helping out on the tools when needed (multi skilled work or carpentry - plumbing and electrical will be done by specialist contractors)

Requirements:

*

SSSTS & First Aid required

*

At least 3 years experience working as a Site Supervisor on high end residential projects

*

Trade background
