Working Site Foreman/Manager (Fit-Out & Refurbishment)
Start Date: Monday 15th June
Duration: 3 Weeks
Location: Mayfair
We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to start on Monday for a 3-week contract overseeing fit-out and refurbishment works to a warehouse facility.
The ideal candidate will come from a dry lining or joinery background and have proven experience supervising site operations while remaining hands-on where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site activities on a warehouse fit-out and refurbishment project.
* Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
* Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety compliance.
* Liaise with project management and report on progress.
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
Requirements
* Experience as a Site Foreman on fit-out and refurbishment projects.
* Background in dry lining or joinery preferred.
* Valid SMSTS certificate.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Current First Aid at Work certificate.
* Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate.
* Ability to start immediately
