Salary: £20.00 - £23.00 per hour

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on their development sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor the progress of work on-site.
Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Coordinate daily site activities and manage resources to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
Participate in construction activities, including carpentry, concrete work, and general labour tasks.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress reports.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Several years' experience within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in residential and commercial development projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in joinery and/or bricklaying.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, CSCS.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work in various conditions.Benefits:
