Site / Facilities / Project Manager (Fully Off the Tools)

£45,000 + Excellent Progression + Further Training + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Local Work + No Callouts + No Stays Away + Early Friday Finish + Monday-Friday

Commutable from Witney, Oxford, Carterton, Didcot, Abingdon and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Site Manager, Faculties Manager, Building Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar from a trades background looking for the excellent opportunity to fully progress off the tools into working with high end MOD Contracts and Projects from cradle to grave within a business who are known for their excellent investment into staff through training and technical development?

On offer is the excellent opportunity to join an ever-growing business where you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Engineers, managing MOD projects from cradle to grave all whilst transitioning into a fully off the tools position with great long-term progression.

This role would suit a Faculties Manager, Building Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar looking for the excellent opportunity to fully progress off the tools with great long term progression opportunities, working on high end MOD contracts.

The Role:
*Leading and coordinating Engineers, managing MOD projects from cradle to grave, fully off the tools
*Split 50/50 of office-based work and site visits within a local area
*Great long term progression opportunities

The Candidate:
*Faculties Manager, Building Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar background
*Looking to take the step off the tools
*Looking for great long-term progression
