Description:
I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor with operations nationwide. My client are a specialist within earthworks, remediation, and civils. The ideal candidate will have experience with bulk earthworks, remediation, and cut & fill.
Site engineer responsibilities:
* Undertaking surveys.
* Cut & fill analysis.
* Volume calculations.
* Producing and recording As-built surveys.
* Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to design specification.
* Machine control.
* Checking of levels.
* Health and safety compliance.
* Reporting to project manager and contracts manager.
Site engineer requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card.
* Diploma or Degree in civil engineering and surveying.
* Proficient with AutoCAD.
* Proficient with LSS software - Preferred.
* Proficient with N4CE, Civil 3D, Trimble business centre.
* Proficient with Trimble GPS/ total station surveying equipment.
* Full UK driving licence.
