Site Manager – Industrial Unit Project
12 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £300 – £400 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large industrial unit project on a 12-month contract basis.

This is a full cradle-to-grave role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion.

Scope of Works:

* Groundworks

* External works & yard slabs

* Steel frame construction

* Full site delivery and coordination

* Managing subcontractors and programme

* Health & Safety compliance

* Liaison with client and project stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering industrial / commercial projects

* Strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required

* Ability to run projects independently from start to finish

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

Rate:

* £300 – £400 per day

* Rate dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment

Contract:

* 12 month contract

* Outside IR35

* Starting Mid June
