Role Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer with a Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the execution of major projects, focusing on reinforced concrete (RC) structures over rail, lineside civils, and overhead line equipment (OLE). Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the construction of RC structures over rail, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate and supervise lineside civils works, maintaining effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
Assist in the planning and execution of OLE projects, ensuring all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Conduct site surveys, setting out, and leveling to ensure accurate construction.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to the site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the rail and civils sectors.
Strong background in RC structures over rail, lineside civils, and OLE projects.
Valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification is essential.
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and construction software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
