Description:

Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment looking to on-board a new Site Engineer to maintain a fleet of trucks, vehicles & equipment on a customer site in Suffolk. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to get into a new company.

Responsibilities

· Servicing a fleet of Material Handling equipment on a customer site in Suffolk focusing on forklift trucks.

· Fixing and servicing other specialist equipment to include commercial vehicles and agricultural equipment.

· Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way on customer site.

· Occasionally working in the field around Suffolk when required.

Requirements

The company have a preference for an individual with experience within the Material Handling industry. However, this isn’t essential, and they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in agricultural equipment, commercial vehicles or Automotive. It is also essential that you are capable of working on your own initiative as you will part of a small time so there is a potential for lone working. You will ideally be based in Suffolk.
