Site Engineer - North West

We are working with a well-established and reputable civil engineering and construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across the North West. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to support multiple projects within the groundworks, residential housing, and commercial build sectors.

The Site Engineer Role
The successful Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and delivering all engineering aspects of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, accurately, and in line with design specifications.
Projects will include a mix of groundworks packages, new-build housing developments, infrastructure works, roads and drainage, and commercial construction schemes throughout the North West region.
Key responsibilities will include:
Setting out for groundworks, roads, drainage, foundations, and external works.
Interpreting and working from technical drawings and specifications.
Managing and maintaining accurate site records and as-built information.
Conducting quality assurance checks and ensuring work is delivered to specification.
Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitoring progress and identifying engineering solutions to site challenges.
Supporting the delivery of projects safely and efficiently.
Expierenced in and GPS equipment.
Proven background within groundworks, residential housing developments, and general construction projects.
Experience working on foundations, roads, drainage, plot works, and infrastructure packages.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering specifications.
Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
