Site Engineer Required
Location: Leicester
Duration: September to Christmas
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a project in Leicester from September through to Christmas with the potential of this extending.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing earthworks compliance testing, carrying out site surveys, and managing the monitoring of zone load testing activities.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate earthworks compliance testing.
* Conduct and manage site surveys as required.
* Monitor and record zone load testing operations.
* Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
* Produce accurate survey and testing records.
* Liaise effectively with site management and subcontractors.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or earthworks projects.
* Strong knowledge of earthworks compliance procedures and testing requirements.
* Experience carrying out site surveys and monitoring load testing activities.
* Must be proficient in LSS CAD software.
* Ability to work independently and manage site engineering duties effectively.
* Valid CSCS card and relevant engineering qualifications preferred.
