Site / Setting Out Engineer – Streatham, South London
Asite Experience Essential
Contract | CIS | Immediate Start
Keyman Personnel, part of the KTS Group, are currently recruiting for an experienced Site / Setting Out Engineer for an urgent contract opportunity in Streatham, South London.
The successful engineer must have strong setting-out experience and previous experience or familiarity using Asite, which is a prerequisite for the role.
The role will include:
* Setting out and general site engineering duties
* Leica / Total Station surveying
* Groundworks and drainage
* Foundations and concrete works
* RC frame works
* QA and as-built surveys
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation
* Liaising with site management and subcontractors
* Working independently in a fast-paced site environment
Requirements:
* Strong Site / Setting Out Engineer experience
* Asite experience – essential
* Leica / Total Station experience
* Groundworks, drainage and foundations experience
* RC frame / concrete experience
* QA and as-built experience
* AutoCAD
* Valid CSCS card
* Own laptop with AutoCAD installed
* Able to start immediately or at very short notice
