Experienced Site Engineer – Heavy Civils

Location: Exeter, Devon

Rate: Excellent freelance day rate (£400–£450 per day DOE)

MMC Training & Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for a major heavy civils project in Exeter.

The Role

Setting out for roads, drainage, reinforced concrete and infrastructure works.

Operating Leica/GPS and Total Station equipment.

Producing as-built surveys.

QA and quality documentation.

Working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

Requirements

Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years' heavy civils experience.

Proven experience on infrastructure, highways, utilities or major civil engineering projects.

CSCS card.

Competent using Leica GPS, Total Station and AutoCAD (preferred).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Immediate start available.
