Provide technical expertise and guidance on reinforced concrete structures
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Perform quality control checks and monitor construction progress
Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes
Maintain accurate project documentation and reportsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as an RC Site Engineer, with a strong background in reinforced concrete construction
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
