We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of nuclear construction projects. As a Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in overseeing the on-site activities, ensuring compliance with stringent safety regulations and technical specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and make a meaningful impact on the future of nuclear energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including coordinating subcontractors, overseeing equipment deployment, and monitoring progress against project schedules.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, resolving engineering challenges and optimising construction methods to enhance project efficiency.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Conduct thorough quality control inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and standards, addressing any deviations or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Identify and mitigate project risks and uncertainties, proactively implementing risk management strategies to minimise potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including construction drawings, reports, and correspondence, to support project tracking, reporting, and compliance efforts.
