Job Description

Your Role:

Become a pivotal member of our team on the Defence Infrastructure project team in Helensburgh. 

The Site Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects at our main client base, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager. The work packages vary in complexity and encompass civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

Profile:

Essential Skills and Experience:

???? Working-level knowledge of CDM Regulations.
???? Strong leadership skills.
???? Excellent stakeholder management skills.
????️ Minimum of 5 years in engineering/construction.
????️ Minimum of 5 years in site-based leadership.
???? HNC or HND in engineering, construction, or project management.
????️ NEC4 Supervisor accreditation or ability to gain within 6 months.
????️ SMSTS accreditation or ability to gain within 6 months.Desirable Skills and Experience:

???? Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH).
???? Experience as an NSAG Co-ordinator.
???? Experience with Client permissioning routes.
???? Experience in regulated industries (defence, nuclear, oil & gas, rail, pharma).Join our team and bring your expertise to exciting and varied projects! ????

Additional Information

???? Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be normally be required to be a Sole UK national

Staff or umbrella contract role 

Location: Full Time on Client Site near Helensburgh
