Rate: £300 per day
Duration: Up to 12 Months
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading subcontractor delivering a major student accommodation development in Leicestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer with a strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction to work on a long-term project with up to 12 months of work available.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out and surveying works for RC frame and associated structures.

* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

* Producing and maintaining accurate site records.

* Managing quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.

* Coordinating with site management, subcontractors and design teams.

* Monitoring progress and assisting with programme delivery.

* Supporting health and safety compliance across the project.

Requirements

* Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on RC frame projects.

* Strong setting out experience using robotic total stations and surveying equipment.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* CSCS Card (essential).

* Relevant engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent).

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Experience working for specialist concrete or RC frame subcontractors is highly desirable.
